Thank you for publishing my letter concerning the sale of foie-gras at Hillers Farm Shop. I am very pleased that it has now been taken off the shelves. I am sure many people were not aware of the cruelty involved in its production.

It is gratifying that the Journal, our local paper, can highlight this issue and obtain such a satisfying result.
