WOULD someone kindly explain to me (Joe Public) what is the future of the Swan Lane car park (previously Swan Lane School)?
I believe it cost £1 million to implement and at £1 per hour to park it has become a white elephant.
Surely it would have been more sensible to have turned the school into flats. As time goes by, the elephant is getting whiter.
