Rather peculiar

CAN anyone enlighten me about the UFO circling Harvington on Sunday, July 15?

I observed it flying low for more than 20 minutes – 10.30 until gone 10.45; although it may have been there longer, of course, aimlessly circuiting the village and eventually going off towards Alcester.

All rather peculiar.
