Duck muck

 UNFORTUNATELY a filthy person has dumped a huge mound of duck and chicken faeces behind the garages in Titheway.

The muck is covered with flies which are entering bedroom windows and there are children playing around this on their bikes.

An officer from the Environmental Agency said these side road areas are a haven for fly tipping.

When the housing officer was informed she said it must be removed, as it does not degrade like horse manure. Whoever dumped it has no intention of removing it, although if a dog relieves itself in the area it is a £1,000 fine. So hopefully Rooftop will fine the disgusting person, as the housing officer is well aware who and where the manure came from. As residents in the School Road area know, the stench from a garden of muck is unbearable. What a selfish act.
