A TEAM from Pershore High School are through to the grand finals of the GCHQ CyberFirst Challenge.
Milly Routledge, Lucy Innet, Ella Ramage and Alice Forson faced competition from 8,000 students to be put through to the event on Sunday, March 26 and Monday, March 27.
Clive Corbett, the school's headteacher, said: "We feel incredibly proud of them given the complexity and difficulty of the challenges.
"The girls faced fierce competition from over 8,000 students with 2,100 teams competing.
"The competition was designed to inspire and encourage young girls to consider a career in the cyber industry. "The challenges were spilt into the following topic areas: cryptography, networking, cyber security and logic and coding and became increasingly more challenging."
