A CHRISTMAS fayre featuring a tombola, cake stall and raffle will take place at Hampton Working Men's Club.
The event on Sunday, is raising money for the last working man's club left in Evesham.
Local stall holders will be selling various items to help residents make an early start to their Christmas shopping, taking place from noon until 3pm.
The bar will also be open whilst children can guess the name of the teddy bear.
Next week, Stephanie Ballinger will become the first female chairman of the club.
She said: "As I am becoming the first chairwoman ever to run Hampton Working Men's Club, my aim is to get more people including family's into the club, increase new memberships and bar sales etc.
"Also create new events through the year to encourage new people through the door. Everyone new is made to feel welcome.
"We had amazing feed back from the family Halloween party we put on and the club was full of people we have never seen before and the atmosphere was amazing.
"We intend to keep encouraging these sort of events to help keep the club running as we are the only working men's club left open in Evesham."
