YOUNGSTERS are being invited by the RSPB to join in the half term fun at Ragley Hall to make nest boxes for garden birds.
During next week’s half term holiday, the RSPB is joining forces with Ragley Hall for a week of mud madness, crafty capers and wonderful wildlife.
With the half-term coinciding with National Nest Box Week, the RSPB is holding a week-long series of events from 11am to 4pm daily to inspire youngsters and their families to get outdoors and closer to nature and get involved in making nest boxes for their gardens.
Karen Smithson, RSPB event organiser, said: “We’re very excited about a whole week of family fun at this fantastic venue and our ambitious target of 300 nest boxes for Worcestershire will certainly be keeping us busy.”
Admission costs £8.50 for adults and £5 for children. RSPB members can enter for £4.50 each.
