Pershore Town Choir raises money for Midlands Air Ambulance

PERSHORE Town Choir has raised £1,200 towards the Midland Air Ambulance through various events and collections.

Members presented a cheque for the cash to Jenny Ashman, area coordinater, on Friday (5) during An Evening of Song at St Peter's Church Little Comberton.

The evening also included poems, jokes and stories from local villagers during the main interval.

Funds raised during Friday night’s show will go towards the replacement of the heating system at the church.
