BASEPOINT Business Centres Ltd, which operates Basepoint’s Evesham Business Centre in Vale Park, has won a Best Business Award for its customer services.

Basepoint received the award for the way offers its customers a range of added benefits, including hosting local networking events, flexible terms based on customer feedback and a ‘business portal’ to give small businesses who occupy workspace in its centres the buying power of a major group.

This allows them to achieve discounts usually reserved for large companies.

Brian Andrews, Basepoint’s executive director, said: “We pride ourselves on customer service and have spent a lot of time developing our systems and processes so that we can deliver outstanding service to our clients.

“Not only that, but our centre managers are an intrinsic part of the business, ensuring that our licensees are well looked after.

“I would like to express my thanks to all those who work at Basepoint and who continue to ensure the business is a success.”
