Pershore greyhounds recreational dragon boat group, assembled for their weekly paddle fortified with a mince pie and a glass of port.
The group is at present putting together a crew to travel to Venice and take part in the festival of Pentecost. Their will be at least a 1000 craft including dragon boats paddling the Vogalonga, progressing down the grand canal and out into the lagoon around Murano Island.
A dragon boat is hired from Venice Canoe Kayak Club.There are still a couple of seats left in our boat, so anyone who would like to join us is more than welcome .
