TWO Labour candidates have won at the polls in the West Oxfordshire District Council and Chipping Norton Town Council elections.
Laetisia Carter won the Chipping Norton seat following yesterday's election with 927 beating Conservative Guy Wall who got 836 votes and UKIP's Jim Stanley who had 287.
Turnout for the Chipping Norton ward was 44.21 per cent.
Of the 17 seats up for election, 15 were won by Conservative candidates and one each by Labour and Liberal Democrat Candidates.
Meanwhile, Mark Walker was elected on to Chipping Norton Town Council which was the only town / parish council to be contested.
