ROSS residents can have their say on a planning application for about 250 homes in Hildersley.
RGS Planning and Development will set out their proposals next month and hope to gain feedback from residents.
Herefordshire councillors gave the green light to outline planning permission in June.
Developers put this in initially to see whether or not a proposal is likely to be approved by the planning authority, before any substantial costs are incurred.
They are now working on the planning application for the land off the A40, near the Ross Spur services roundabout.
Residents can talk to the development team at the consultation on November 6 from 1 to 7.30pm at The Larruperz Centre in Grammar School Close, Ross.
