A STUDY has found that more than half of people spoken to in Worcester turn to cakes and chocolate when feeling stressed or sad.
The survey, by Tilda.com, found that 59 per cent of the 2,000 people asked seek solace in sweets to boost their mood, while 26 per cent turn to pizza, 33 per cent to crisps and 28 per cent to other fast food.
Only 21 per cent turn to healthy food such as fruit, vegetables or wholegrains.
