ANIMAL lovers are being urged to donate their ‘hidden treasures’ to a Stourbridge charity shop as a way of helping sick and injured pets.

Staff and volunteers at PDSA, based in the Ryemarket Shopping Centre, are on the search for a range of items such as CDs, DVDs, toys, clothing, shoes and accessories to replenish stock.

Maria Perry, shop manager, said: “We are always on the hunt for a wide range of goods that could help us raise money for sick and injured pets across the UK.

“Many of our supporters say that donating not only makes them feel good for helping such a worthwhile cause, but it also gives them an excuse to have a good old fashioned spring clean.

“Our customers love searching for a bargain and enjoy nothing more than finding a hidden treasures, so we welcome all good quality donations to help support PDSA’s services.”

Donations can be taken to the store from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 5pm.
