A CRIME writer is visiting Kingswinford next month talk to book enthusiasts about her work.
Kate Harmer, who recently had her debut novel The Girl in the Red Coat published, is set to attend Kingswinford Library on Wednesday April 15, at 7pm, as part of the Mega Read reading project.
Deborah Harkins, chief officer responsible for libraries, said: “This will be an interesting evening of discussion and conversation with a talented new author who has already attracted great reviews.”
The event is the culmination of a project which libraries have been taking part in, in partnership with publisher Faber & Faber.
Kate Hamer grew up in Pembrokeshire and won the Rhys Davies short story award in 2011 with her winning story read out on Radio 4.
