World Book Night shrouded in mystery at the Hive
THE Hive library in Worcester is hosting a mystery-themed World Book Night on Thursday, April 23.
The event, entitled 'Unveil the Mystery of Books', will include hundreds of free book giveaways, detective-themed games and puzzles and talks from crime authors Rebecca Tope, Edward Marston and Judith Cutler.
The free event, which runs from 5pm to 8pm, will also include demonstrations of techniques used for investigating crime scenes and a performance from a magician.
Showings of ‘The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia’ will also be held along with a talk by the University of Worcester’s leading expert in perinatal care.
