THREE local funeral directors joined forces to collect Easter goodies for ill children in Worcester.
Tomlins Funeral Directors in Worcester, The Leys in Evesham and David Baker Funeral Directors of Bidford on Avon, who are all part of the same company, collected more than 300 Easter eggs, plus other gifts, for children at Acorns Children's Hospice and the Worcestershire Royal Hospital's children's ward.
Gabby Sanchez, spokesperson for the funeral directors, said: "We would like to say a massive thank you to all those generous local residents that took the trouble to bring their gifts to our offices. It gives us immense pride to have been able to deliver so many gifts."
