Worcester man to stand trial accused of stealing clothes from Malvern shop
A WORCESTER man has denied stealing clothing from Burton in Roman Way, Malvern, and going equipped to steal on Saturday, April 4, but admitted attempting to steal a headset and speakers from Staples, in Shrub Hill Retail Park, on Sunday, March 22.
Worcester Magistrates’ Court heard Robert Gibson, aged 39, of Warmstry Court, off Deansway, also breached his conditional bail not to enter Malvern by going to Waitrose in Edith Walk on Sunday, April 12.
He will stand trial on Tuesday, July 14.
