A CHARITY is urging people in Worcestershire to help six children living with disabilities in the county.

Newlife Foundation, a provider of equipment for children with disabilities, is appealing for help so children in Worcestershire can receive the equipment they need.

According to the charity, there are six children with disabilities or terminal illness in Worcestershire which the charity are helping who are at risk of worsening pain, injury or their condition deteriorating.

The charity raises money to pay for equipment and other support for the children and their families.

One of the children the charity is helping is Lewis Langstone, from Evesham, who has a condition which includes Cerebral Palsy.

He had outgrown his car seat and without a specialist version he was at risk of injury, so the charity fast tracked a seat to the four-year-old.

The charity is aiming to raise £30,944 in Worcestershire.
