Warndon man denies assaulting woman
A WARNDON man has denied assaulting a woman by beating her on Monday, May 18.
Martin Allen of Nibley Close appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday where he denied the offence.
The 26-year-old was bailed on the condition he does not contact the alleged victim and will return to the court for trial on Tuesday, Se ptember 8.
