POLICE are hunting a suspected burglar who struck at a home in Besford, near Pershore.
A male was disturbed trying to break into a property in Rebecca Road, Besford, between 9.35am and 9.45am yesterday (Thursday, June 25).
The male was attempting to force entry through patio doors but failed.
He is described as having a tanned complexion, 5ft 9ins to 5ft 10ins in height with a stocky built, dark black two to three inch length hair and an unkempt look.
He was wearing beige shorts, black t-shirt.
A vehicle of note seen nearby was an old style maroon people carrier.
DC James Bryce from the Worcester Proactive Team said: “We want to hear from anyone who saw or heard any suspicious behaviour in the Rebecca Road area of Besford on this date or during the previous seven days.”
