THERE is still time to grab your ticket for this year's Sunshine Festival.

Tickets are selling fast to the festival in Upton-upon-Severn, which takes place from Friday, August 28 until Sunday, August 30.

UB40 will headline Sunshine Festival alongside BRIT award-winner Gabrielle.

The festival, which is in its sixth year, will also feature Suzi Quatro, who is celebrating 50 years in rock and roll, as well as ska band Bad Manners and English new wave group ABC.

Also recently announced is comedy duo, the Chuckle Brothers, who will headline the Variety Stage on Friday.

A spokesman for the festival said that this year should be bigger and better than ever.

“We are looking forward to Sunshine Festival’s sixth year and we have put together our best ever line up of acts for this year. We have added a fourth stage to be able to extend the range of music and entertainment that we have on offer to make it a fantastic family festival and currently, prices are the same as last year.”

Other acts confirmed for the festival include Chas n’ Dave, Showaddywaddy, the Wurzels, the Real Thing, the Bohemians and more.

A new fourth stage will promote up-and-coming talent.

Magician Paul Daniels and Catchphrase’s Roy Walker will provide non-musical entertainment alongside comedian Stan Boardman and ventriloquist Lochlan Werner.

The festival will also feature T.Rex: The Music of Marc and Mickey and a trading village, a children’s entertainment area and the new food zone.

Children can be kept occupied in FunLand, an inflatable village containing activities from bungee runs and Go Karts to land zorbs and gladiator duelling.

Full weekend arena passes are now sold out. Full weekend with camping tickets are still available as well as a number of Sunday day passes.
