DUDLEY’S mayor took part in a quintessentially English tradition on his latest visit to Himley Hall and Park.
The Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Steve Waltho, had afternoon tea with the backdrop of the historic Himley venue.
Cllr Waltho said: “The splendid surroundings make Himley the perfect setting for an afternoon indulgence and is a special treat.”
Afternoon teas are available currently available in the hall’s refurbished ground floor rooms at 2pm on specified weekdays.
The menu offers a range of options including a combination of sandwiches, sweet pastries and tea.
Places must be booked in advance and dates available can be found on the council’s website at www.dudley.gov.uk or by calling 01384 817817.
