WITH Friday 13th looming for the third time this year, a new survey has revealed just how superstitious people in the UK are.
According to the survey from Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks, 15 per cent of those asked will choose to avoid making this our date for moving home for fear of misfortune.
But it is breaking a mirror which tops the worry list for those that are superstitious, and nearly one in four are so superstitious that we refuse to open an umbrella indoors as well as avoiding stepping on any cracks in the pavement.
The research found that that those living in the North East were the most superstitious.
