CHRISTMAS will soon be coming to Stourbridge as the town’s Age Concern group invite the community to their annual fair.

The Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen fundraising event, being held at The Elton Centre on Saturday (November 28) from 11am, is set to help raise awareness of the services available at the hub.

It will also raise money to support the many activities which take place at the St John’s Road centre.

Hand-made crafts produced by those attending the centre’s craft classes and Christmas gifts will be available to purchase, as well as homemade cakes.

The cafe will be open for business during the event, offering a large selection of food including hot pork sandwiches and warm mince pies.

Father Christmas will be making a flying visit to the fair to say a quick hello to visitors and will be distributing small gifts to children.

Entrance to the fair, which also features a raffle, tombola and other competitions, costs 30p.
