GLOUCESTERSHIRE residents are reminded to vote for their preferred police and crime commissioner in Thursday's elections.
The vote is taking place on Thursday May 5 and polling stations across Cotswold district will be open from 7am until 10pm.
The counting of votes cast in the district will take place on Friday May 6 at Cotswold Leisure Centre in Tetbury Road, Cirencester. The overall result for Gloucestershire will be announced later that same day after totals have been collated from all venues across the county.
Sarah Dalby, Electoral Services Manager for Cotswold District said: “We are encouraging as many people as possible in the district to use their vote. We have already received over 3,000 postal votes and we are hoping for a good turnout at the polling stations."
