AN attack outside a Kidderminster bar left one victim with a fractured jaw and another with a black eye.
A couple were assaulted in the early hours of the morning, as they were leaving Nu Bar Wine Bar in Dixon Steet.
A 37-year-old man was knocked unconscious and suffered a broken jaw and bruising to his body.
His partner, a 27-year-old woman, fell to the floor after being punched and was left with a black eye.
The pair were further assaulted when they were on the ground. The man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment.
West Mercia Police launched an appeal for information following the incident at 2.30am on Saturday, June 10.
Leading the investigation,Detective Constable Thomas Pritchard said: "This was a seemingly unprovoked attack and has left the victims with considerable injuries.
"We are actively pursuing a number of lines of enquiry and we are keen to speak to anyone who may have been at Nu Bar and witnessed this incident."
