WHO needs Glastonbury when you've got Hagfest!

The family-friendly music festival arrives in Hagley on Saturday July 2 with a stellar line-up all set to take the stage.

Party band the Spacehoppers, hip-swinging Daddy's Girl Band and five-piece Butterfly Stone led by Emmy award-winner Mark Willot are all set to feature at this year's event which is taking place on Hagley Playing fields from midday until 8pm.

Other artists lined up to appear include Jeff Best, Carousels, Vanessa Lee and Rumours of Spring Base Studios in Stourbridge have arranged this year's musical line-up and Sarah Evans said: "There are some fantastic up and coming bands that we think will blow people away this year and really deliver a true festival experience."

Tickets cost £10 for adults and £5 for children. There's also a family ticket for two adults and three children costing £25. They can be obtained at local stores Spar, Happy Families, Lily Blue and Village Stores.

Hagfest, which is supported by both Hagley Community Association and Hagley Parish Council, is also on the lookout for helpers.
