FOR the first time ever, Heartbeat, ITV’s popular Sunday evening police drama, is coming to the stage.
Heartbeat ran for 18 years from 1992 to 2010 and audiences regularly exceeded 10 million views.
The show was also constantly in the top five TV programmes across all channels.
Now it comes to the stage in a touring production, starring original cast members David Lonsdale and Steven Blakeley.
The show, which uses video footage and a clever set, recreates the atmosphere of the 1960’s rural Yorkshire settings.
Fans can expect to see David Stockwell, Gina Ward, PC Geoff Younger and a number of the other most popular characters in a two-hour live stage production with a brand new script.
Heartbeat will run at Wolverhampton's Grand Theatre from July 5-9.
Tickets start at £15.50 and are available by calling the box office on 01902 429 212.
