FOUR people have been charged with distraction thefts.
The four were arrested on Friday September 23, in connection with five thefts in Malvern, Worcester and Ross-on-Wye.
They appeared before Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday, and have been remanded in custody before appearing at Worcester Crown Court on Monday 24 October.
Elvis Marian Farcas, aged 26, of Upper Villiers Street, Wolverhampton, Ionel Constantin, aged 44, of Rowsley Street, Leicester, Fiorina Constantin, aged 50, of no fixed abode and Cristina Toma, aged 34, of Alderwood Precinct, Dudley were all charged with conspiring to steal and committing fraud by false representation.
Toma was also charged with handling stolen goods.
