Man charged with sexual assault and assault by beating
A 47-YEAR-old man has been charged with sexual assault on a female and assault by beating.
Paul Tobin from Canon Pyon is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court in February.
The charges are in relation to an incident in Saxtys, Widemarsh Street in the early hours of Sunday, November 13.
