Mayor to host charity quiz night in Lye
THE Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Mohammed Hanif, will be hosting a charity quiz night in Lye this Friday (March 31).
Taking place at Christ Church at 7.30pm - the event will raise funds for the Mayor's chosen charities for 2016/17 which are: Dudley CIL (Centre for Inclusive Living), the Dudley group of Diabetes UK and The Friends of Alfie Johnson.
Youth and community worker Keith Stroyde said: "This will be a fun evening - raising money for the Mayor's charities."
It costs £10 per team to take part. Teams can register by contacting the church 01384 894948 or the Lye Community Project on 01384 813664.
