BRAVE fundraisers can experience the thrill of a lifetime by taking part in Primrose Hospice’s annual tandem skydive.
A record number of people joined the jump last year, helping to raise more than £8,000.
With the latest jump organised for Saturday, June 16, residents are being invited to join the jump from 10,000 feet and freefall at speed of over 120mph for a good cause.
Emma Williams, fundraising manager at the hospice, said: “Parachuting for Primrose is a challenge of a life time and we are always looking for participants to sign up and support us here at the Primrose.
“We only receive 16.4 per cent of our funding from the Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG so we rely heavily on donations from our supporters and simply would not be able to continue to provide our services for free to our patients and their families without their support.”
Participants must raise the minimum sponsorship of £395.
Primrose receives a donation of £145 of the sponsorship fee, with any monies raised over the minimum heading straight to the charity.
