THREE-way temporary traffic lights on Ross Road in Hereford this morning are still causing delays.

Commuters from the south of the county are reporting at least a 15 minute delay.

Drivers travelling towards the south are also experiencing delays.

A Welsh Water spokeswoman said an emergency repair to a burst water main was carried out last night and the road should be repaired today.

She was unable to give an exact time but said it should be repaired by the end of the day.

The lights are at the junction with Bullingham Lane.

Last night there were workers at the site and water was gushing out into the air.
