A WOMAN has admitted her part in a conspiracy to supply cocaine and heroin after selling drugs to undercover officers.

Denise Lynch pleaded guilty to supplying the class A drugs when she appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday. One of her bail conditions is that she must stay out of Malvern.

The 49-year-old of Fentham Road, Aston, Birmingham, admitted that she supplied the drugs between June 12 last year and February 21 this year.

Judge Robert Juckes QC adjourned the case to await the outcome of a pending trial which involves other defendants and for a pre-sentence report to be prepared by the probation service.

Judge Juckes told her: “My adjournment does not indicate a non-custodial sentence. Any offending involving the supply of class A drugs crosses the custody threshold to a significant extent." However, he told her she would be given credit for her early guilty plea.

Her bail conditions are to reside at the address provided to the court and to keep away from Great Malvern.
