CHILDREN can enjoy an Easter egg hunt at a popular park this Easter Saturday.
The annual Easter egg hunt in Gheluvelt Park has been organised by the Friends of St. George's Catholic Primary school. The event is now in its seventh year.
Sally Heyworth said: "This is a testament to the huge success as it has become as an inexpensive and inclusive family afternoon.
"This is going to be a lovely event as all children take a chocolate treat home and will spend the afternoon hunting and answering clues with the chance to win an even bigger prize."
The hunt is held from 2 to 4pm with last entry at 3.30pm.
This is the first of this year's public events to be held at Gheluvelt Park hosted by the Friends.
