Another election is set to be held next month to fill a vacancy in the Chase ward.
Prospective candidates can pick up nomination packs at the council's office on Belle Vue Terrace, and from Malvern Hills District Council, Avenue Road.
They should he returned by 4pm on Friday, February 23, and if there is more than one candidate, a by-election will be held on Thursday. March 22. If only one candidate stands, then he or she will be elected unopposed.
