BADSEY Rangers Under 12s were beaten 1-0 at Littleton Colts in the Ambassador Evesham League.
The only goal of the game came against the run of play seven minutes into the second- half.
Rangers dominated from the kick-off and Josh Sellick, Alfredo Botella La Grange and Bennie Holyland all forced fine saves from the Colts keeper.
Opposite number Tom Linley had less to do but was quick to react with only five minutes of the first-half remaining, diving at the feet of the Littleton striker to grab the ball.
Once Littleton had taken the lead, Badsey fought hard to redress the balance with Botella La Grange, Ryan Keyte and Matt Child all having shots saved. Adam Ballard was also denited by a fantastic save.
