FIFTEEN-year-old Rebecca Nevin became the youngest black belt at London Chinatown Tae Kwon Do after completing her grading in front of seven instructors.
She began the martial art four years ago in an afterschool class at Chipping Campden School.
Nevin’s final three-hour section of her grading was held at the school to recognise the role they played.
London Chinatown chief instructor Neil Hall said: “We are all thrilled with Rebecca’s achievements and it was nice that she asked for her final grading session to be held at the school.
“We started teaching there after a call from the former principal and have really appreciated the continuing support from the current principal and his team.
“We have an anti-bullying workshop scheduled with the school for January and look forward to continuing our work together.”
