BIRDSEYE Sports Evesham Sunday League Division Two title favourites Bear bowed out of the Worcestershire FA Minor Cup semi-finals.

Ben Price gave Worcester outfit Brewers Athletic a 1-0 victory in Evesham.

Meanwhile, for the first time since November, all scheduled league fixtures survived the weather, including the twice-postponed Express- Funding Mick Godwin Cup first-round tie between Tesco United and Pebworth.

Stour Excelsior moved to the top of Division Two with a 4-1 win over Bredon as Carr (2), Hince and Harris scored.

An Elliott double kept AC Olympia in the promotion picture with a 2-1 victory over Lenches Lions.

Stocks (2), Reid (2) and Mitchell helped Alderton overcome Cider Mill who replied through Jeffrey and Sadler.
