MATT Neal and Gordon Shedden have it all to do to win the British Touring Car Championship for Pershore’s Honda Yuasa Racing.
With the final meeting at Brand’s Hatch left on October 13, Pirtek Racing’s Andrew Jordan has a 34- point advantage over secondplaced Neal, who is going for a record fourth title.
Defending champion Shedden is a further point back.
Fellow challenger Jason Plato won the first two races at Silverstone and Shedden the third.
Two thirds for Neal sandwiched a sixth in race two, while Shedden was also 11th and seventh.
Neal received a reprimand and two penalty points for an incident in race three after a collision with Sam Tordoff, whose team appeal the decision on October 12.
Evesham’s Rob Austin, of WIX Racing, is 10th overall after finishing 12th and 17th.
