LONDON Olympic gold medallist Charlotte Dujardin has rushed to aid the Cotswold Riding for the Disabled Association club.
Dressage ace Dujardin helped the Cheltenhambased group, who have members across the Cotswolds, with much-needed horse feed and rugs from two of her sponsors. Saracen Horse Feeds and Bucas Rugs will ensure the horses and ponies are fed and kept warm during the cold winter.
Newent-based Dujardin has helped out before with fundraising demonstrations.
She said: “It costs a lot to keep this army of horses going and if we can keep them well fed and warm, that helps Cotswold RDA spend its money on other things.
“With plans to extend the indoor arena, build new stables and facilities making it more comfortable for all, then we need to help them raise as much money as possible.”
