RELEGATED Evesham’s return to Worcestershire Cricket League Division One for the 2014 season has been confirmed.

They finished bottom of Birmingham and District Premier League Division Three last summer with 20 defeats from 22 fixtures and have been replaced by champions Astwood Bank.

Ambitious Harvington also join the county top-flight following promotion as champions and there will be plenty of derbies with regular highfliers Pershore also involved.

Bredon will play in Division Three after switching from the West of England League, while Birlingham have dropped from that level to Six because they now only have one team.

Evesham play in the Second XI top-flight with Pershore in Division Two and Harvington in Three. Pershore thirds are in Seven with Evesham in Eight and Bredon and Harvington in Nine.
