EVESHAM’S Callum Braathen, Harry Ward, Ben Harvey and Ashton Price competed for Worcester Gymnastics Club at the West Midlands Regional Championships.

The club, based at Stock Wood near Inkberrow, claimed nine medals in Birmingham as the boys crowned a fine year with 18 competing in the six-piece apparatus competition.

All the gymnasts started strongly with tidy routines which rewarded their hard work prior to the competition.

Harvey was second and Braathen finished third among three golds, two silvers and four bronzes across five age categories for the club.
