CHIPPING Campden picked up a vital win in their Cotswold Hills Cricket League Division One relegation fight.

They beat strugglers Ashton-under-Hill by seven wickets as the visitors were skittled for 63.

Moreton-in-Marsh also boosted their battle at the bottom after defeating Tanworth and Camp Hill by 28 runs on setting a total of 212-6.

Winchcombe beat fellow Division Two title-chasers The Lenches convincingly for the second successive week, triumphing by eight wickets.

Ebrington, struggling at the other end of the table, lost by nine wickets to Badsey.

Shipston-on-Stour seconds defeated their Long Itchington counterparts by 84 runs in Division Three.

Leaders Dumbleton slipped up against fellow title hopefuls Apperley in the West of England Premier League Gloucester Division by 139 runs, slumping to just 79 all out.

Bottom-of-the-table Bourton Vale lost at Hatherley and Reddings despite removing their hosts for 148.
