KINGTON Blades are early Evesham and District Table Tennis Association Specsavers Division One leaders after decisive wins over Bengeworth Purple and Kington Bulldogs.

Craig Norledge produced three singles victories in both matches and remained undefeated this season.

Bulldogs bounced back to beat Bengeworth Red 8-2.

Malcolm MacFarlane was inspirational, coming from 2-1 down to defeat Red’s Jack Davis in five sets.

Wyre Livewyres are still searching for their first win after a 7-3 defeat to Littleton Clubs.

Matt Hartwell won his first two singles matches for Livewyres but lost 3-1 to Clubs’ Dave Harvey.

Positives’ Nick Mytton and Doug Payne are unbeaten this season with nine wins each.
