BOURTON Roadrunners’ juniors impressed in the Gloucestershire Cross-country League second round in Malvern.

Thirty-seven members took part with age-group victories for Lucy Griffin and Niamh Powell in the under 13s and 15s respectively.

RESULTS Under 11s, girls: ‘A’ team 2nd (Helena West 7th, Isobel Barnett 8th, Lauren Farley 9th), ‘B’ team 6th (Cadence Muschamps 14th, Abigail Barnett 25th, Annabella Williams 26th), ‘C’ team 9th (Celia Darwent 28th, Isabelle Morriss 30th, Ella Rose Lane-Gregory 36th, Isabel Dennett 41st, Erika Creed 44th); boys: ‘A’ team 4th (Louis Mutsaars 5th, Findlay Morriss 8th, Beau Griffin 18th), ‘B’ team 8th (Finn Watkins 20th, Lysander Tarrant 27th, George Quli 31st), ‘C’ team 11th (James Mace 37th, Christopher Hunt 40th, Jacob Herbert 48th), ‘D’ team 14th (Jago Tarrant 51st, Charlie Astor 55th, George Farley 56th, Sean Farley 59th).

Under 13s, girls: ‘A’ team 1st (Lucy Griffin 1st, Bethan Powell 2nd, Josephine Mutsaars 5th, Emily Field 21st); boys: ‘A’ team 3rd (Dylan Williams 10th, Josh Angus 16th,Jake Astor 21st, Aden Corben 33rd, Thomas Wood 42nd).

Under 15s, girls: ‘A’ team 1st (Niamh Powell 1st, Rosie Mutsaars 8th, Gabby Jones 12th, Charlotte Foster 13th).
