EVESHAM under 16s did enough in the first-half to secure a fine 25-19 win at Droitwich Spa.
They were 20-0 ahead by the break, with tries from joint player-of-the-match Jack Richardson, George Guy and James Thompson.
Gio Capaldi converted one try and scored a penalty, while fine scrummaging and solid tackling kept the hosts at bay.
Spa scored three second-half tries but joint player-of-the-match Johnny Deakin scored Evesham’s fourth effort on 70 minutes to clinch victory.
