EVESHAM girls secured their fourth tag tournament triumph of the season at Shipston-on-Stour and their second success in a row.
They finished runners-up in the Midlands League with Rebecca Thomas, Maddie Durrant, Lydia Webster, Mollie Bracewell, Izzy Walters, Chloe Holland, Becca Anderson, Charlotte Howlett and Chloe Bracewell all involved.
Meanwhile, Evesham Boys’ Under-13s finished the season strongly with consecutive wins at Painswick and at home to Redditch.
Jake Smith, Ollie Moore, James Costall and Kieran Downey scored tries against Painswick.
Evesham started slowly against Redditch and conceded a converted try, before Ben Carter raced over in the corner and then finished off a fine run from Costall, with Matty Farrell converting the latter.
Evesham increased their lead in the second half to 19-7 through a stunning solo try by Will Cope and James Carsberg added the extras.
Smith dived over twice more with rampaging efforts but Redditch fought back, before Evesham eventually won 29-21.
Evesham Under-14s beat Redditch 33-17.
