MANAGER Paul Collicutt is expecting a test of Evesham United’s credentials at high-flying North Leigh tomorrow in Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South and West (7.45pm).
Evesham will be fielding the same squad who romped to a 6-0 victory over AFC Totton at the Jubilee Stadium on Saturday.
Lance Smith bagged a hat-trick as the ninth-placed Robins racked up a third successive win.
North Leigh are second in the table, just four points behind table-topping Cinderford Town, and have lost just once at Eynsham Park in eight league matches.
The Oxfordshire club drew 1-1 at home to Yate Town at the weekend.
Collicutt said: “North Leigh are second and probably have the most experienced side in the league.
“It comes as no surprise to see North Leigh challenging for promotion.”
He added: “It will be a hard game but if we have any heavy downpours the game could be in doubt.
“We are expecting a heavy pitch and we know North Leigh like to attack teams down the slope in the second-half.
“We are in good spirits after scoring goals on Saturday and we will give it our best shot.”
